We want to make sure that all of your orthodontic needs are met, so if you have any questions or concerns about your bill, we will be happy to sit down with you and discuss the various payment options we offer.

Some insurance policies cover part or all of the cost for orthodontic treatments. If you aren’t sure whether your insurance coverage includes these benefits, we will be happy to review your policy for you. We will also file your claims directly with the insurance company once your treatment has begun.

In order to assist us with accurate claims filing, please ensure that all of your insurance information is properly filled out on the questionnaire that we will give you at the beginning of your appointment or consultation. If your benefits change for any reason during the course of your treatment, the insurance policy holder will be responsible for all orthodontic charges that are no longer covered.
